Amazon in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking a Senior Solutions Architecture Manager to lead and inspire a team of Solutions Architects and drive strategic initiatives enabling enterprises to leverage AWS services for tangible business outcomes.

You will hire, onboard, and develop architects, coach the team on AI adoption, and build relationships with senior technical executives while guiding cloud strategy and customer collaboration.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience.
• 6+ years of architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English

• Deliver cloud and AI solutions on AWS that lead to business outcomes for customers and coach your team with supporting specialists and service teams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior technical executives.
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop new Solutions Architects including Principal Solutions Architects and lead by example as the SA roles adopt AI.
• Develop relationships with customers’ key technical executives and decision makers.
• Contribute to ideation discussions with customers, making them aware of AWS service capabilities.
• Produce high quality documents and become an expert in AWS leadership principles; coach the team to share learning internally and externally.

Key job responsibilities

• You will ensure you and you team delivers cloud and AI solutions on AWS that lead to business outcomes for our customers, partner and coach your team to partner with supporting specialist and service teams in developing solutions.
• You will be a trusted advisor to senior technical Executives in the companies the role is responsible for.
• You will hire, on-board, train, and develop new Solutions Architects including Principal Solutions Architects and lead by example as the SA roles adopt AI. You'll also coach your team to share their learning internally and externally both written and through speaking engagements.
• You will develop relationships with your customers’ key technical executives and decision makers.
• You will contribute to ideation discussions with your customers, making them aware of the AWS service capabilities.
• You will leverage your strong writing skills to produce high quality documents that propose new processes or inventions. You'll also become an expert in AWS leadership principles and coach your team to become role models.

Basic Qualifications
