You will work closely with customers and partner teams to build prototypes and production-ready solutions, while exploring AI-enabled use cases that drive business outcomes. Strong communication and cloud experience are essential.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in technology domains such as cloud computing, software, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking or data analytics.

You’ll help customers migrate to the cloud, modernize legacy applications and databases, build cloud‑native solutions, and explore how GenAI & Agentic AI can drive their business forward. A day in the life

In this role, you’ll engage directly with customers to understand their business objectives and technical requirements, then architect cloud solutions that address their specific needs. You might spend your morning collaborating with a startup to design their initial cloud infrastructure, then transition to working with an enterprise team on migrating complex legacy systems to AWS. Throughout your day, you’ll partner with AWS specialists and customer teams to validate architectural decisions, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure solutions align with both technical best practices and business goals. You’ll also contribute to improving our architectural guidance and resources based on real‑world customer experiences, helping shape how we support organizations of all sizes.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and design considerations
• Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non‑technical leaders
• Experience scripting languages and coding skills for one (1) or more of the following: Ruby, C/C++/C#, Node.JS, Java, Python, and PHP
• Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
• AI literacy: Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), core machine learning concepts, model types (supervised, unsupervised, generative), prompt engineering basics, and generative AI use cases relevant to enterprise customers (e.g., document processing, code generation, conversational AI).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in specific technology domain areas like software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data and analytics
• AWS certification, such as, AWS Solutions Architect, or a similar cloud certification, or Associate’s degree or above
• Experience architecting, migrating, or building solutions on cloud platforms, with hands‑on experience with AWS services. Desirable knowledge of AWS AI/ML services such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Quick, Amazon Rekognition, Amazon Comprehend, Amazon Transcribe, etc.
• AI/ML certifications: AWS Certified AI Practitioner or AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty certification desired. Equivalent certifications from other cloud providers are also welcome.
