This role involves monitoring and testing compliance with financial regulations applicable to fintechs, supporting implementation across internal teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a dynamic environment.

What will I be doing?

• Monitoring and testing adherence to Central Bank regulations relevant to our operations.
• Supporting regulatory implementation in collaboration with Product, Legal, and Technology teams.
• Acting as a liaison with the Central Bank and contributing to licensing and authorization processes.
• Drafting technical memos and executive summaries on regulatory changes.

What skills do I need?

• Proven experience in regulatory compliance, especially with Central Bank regulations.
• Strong knowledge of rules applicable to Payment Institutions (BCB Resolutions, AML/CFT, capital requirements, governance, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills, clear writing, and effective communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience with Central Bank monitoring processes and compliance tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting systems (Siscom, STA, CRD, etc.).
• Previous exposure to innovative regulatory frameworks (Pix, Open Finance, Exchanges).
• Languages: Advanced English is required; Spanish is a strong plus.
