Your responsibilities:

• Support the development of ENERCON Group's global compliance management system (CMS) in coordination with the Corporate Governance department and related teams;
• Participate in identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and managing compliance risks, including communication and monitoring;
• Maintain and implement guidelines, processes, and documentation related to compliance;
• Analyze changes in legislation affecting compliance and communicate updates to relevant groups within ENERCON;
• Contribute to the design, organization, and execution of global compliance training programs;
• Support and maintain the Whistleblower System;
• Participate in overarching projects within the Corporate Governance department.

Qualifications:

• Degree in law or economics;
• Relevant professional experience in compliance;
• Interest in developing and documenting processes, methods, and procedures;
• Strong communication, assertiveness, and conflict management skills;
• High initiative, teamwork, and analytical skills;
• Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
