HappyRobot is seeking a Senior Generalist Recruiter in Brazil to partner with founders and hiring managers, owning hiring end-to-end across technical and business roles. You will build pipelines, drive fast, high-quality recruiting processes, and support employer branding while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

About HappyRobot

As a Senior Generalist Recruiter, you’ll partner directly with founders and hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier talent across technical and business roles. You’ll play a key role in scaling the team, owning hiring end-to-end and ensuring a fast, high-quality recruiting process.

What you Will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles — from sourcing to close
