Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of software development processes and embedded systems.
• Familiarity with automotive industry methodologies and requirements, such as APQP, PPAP, Automotive SPICE, IATF 16949, and/or ISO 26262.
• Experience with tools for project management, requirements management, and activity tracking.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in multidisciplinary environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure system and software projects comply with internal and customer quality requirements.
• Promote proactive quality by identifying and mitigating risks throughout development.
• Participate in project and process maturity assessments and monitor quality evolution.
• Conduct audits and process evaluations based on automotive standards.

• Evaluate software deliverables against established quality criteria.
• Interpret customer requirements to development teams.
• Serve as liaison between Engineering, Software, Quality, Manufacturing, and customers.
• Support resolution of issues by driving corrective/preventive actions.

About the Position:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving quality excellence throughout the entire system and software development lifecycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure robust, compliant deliverables that meet customer expectations.

Your Responsibilities will be:

Ensure that system and software projects comply with both internal and customer quality requirements.
Promote a proactive approach to quality by supporting the identification and mitigation of risks throughout the development process.
Participate in project and process maturity assessments, monitoring the evolution of product and software quality.
Conduct audits and process evaluations based on automotive industry methodologies and standards.
Monitor quality indicators to support decision-making and the continuous improvement of projects.
Evaluate software deliverables and releases against established quality criteria.
Interpret and cascade specific customer requirements to development teams.
Serve as a liaison between Engineering, Software, Quality, Manufacturing, and customers.
Support the resolution of critical issues, deviations, and non-conformities by driving corrective and preventive actions.

What Qualifications you will bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Knowledge of software development processes and embedded systems.
Familiarity with automotive industry methodologies and requirements, such as APQP, PPAP, Automotive SPICE, IATF 16949, and/or ISO 26262.
