Marelli invites applications for a Ferramenteiro role in the Maintenance team, based at our Hortolândia office in SP, Brazil. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plastic injection molds and fixtures, modify tooling, and support production by optimizing machine settings and tooling processes.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; knowledge of SolidWorks or similar software is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance on plastic injection molds.
• Carry out modifications to plastic injection molds.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assembly fixtures.
• Support production by adjusting injection molding machines, defining equipment parameters, and ensuring molded parts quality.
• Disassemble and assemble molds and devices, including adjustments, repairs, replacement, refurbishment, welding, and machining of parts and devices.
• Operate machine tools (grinding, milling, turning, EDM) with knowledge of welding.

About the Position:

We are looking for a FERRAMENTEIRO to join the Maintenance team.

This position is based at our office in Hortolândia - SP

Your Responsibilities will be:

• Perform preventive maintenance on plastic injection molds;
• Carry out modifications to plastic injection molds;
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assembly fixtures;
• Support production by adjusting injection molding machines, defining equipment parameters based on knowledge of tooling operation, correcting equipment settings, and ensuring the quality of molded parts;
• Disassemble and assemble molds and devices, including adjustments, repairs, replacement, refurbishment, welding, and machining of parts and devices;
• Operate machine tools, including grinding, milling, turning, and electrical discharge machining equipment, with knowledge of welding.
