EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior QA Automation Engineer to architect scalable test automation for a real estate platform. You will define the automation strategy, drive best practices, and lead AI-augmented testing across web apps, APIs, and backend services.

You will mentor junior QA engineers, collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Architecture teams, and ensure CI/CD integration of automated regression tests across complex workflows.

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to drive quality engineering efforts for the modernization of an industry-leading platform used by real estate appraisal and valuation professionals.
