As a Senior Project Manager in ICON’s Language Services, you will lead translation and localization projects for pharmaceutical and clinical clients, ensuring quality, compliance, and seamless execution. You will manage client relationships, optimize workflows, mentor team members, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Upholding ICON's values centered on People, Clients, and Performance.
• Contributing to process improvements to streamline workflows and add value.
• Staying informed on pharma/biotech/medical device trends and client expectations.
• Managing complex translation projects from start to finish.
• Serving as the primary client contact, providing strategic guidance.
• Advising clients and internal teams on Life Sciences translation best practices.
• Ensuring project quality, timelines, budget, and client satisfaction.
• Monitoring risks and developing mitigation plans.
• Leading initiatives to improve processes and automation.
• Collaborating across teams for service delivery and improvement.
• Guiding clients on regulatory and compliance considerations.
• Leading quality investigations and implementing CAPAs.
• Supporting new service development and operational innovations.
• Assisting with budgeting, quoting, and pricing strategies.
• Presenting insights and feedback to leadership.
• Mentoring junior staff and promoting professional growth.
• Continuously updating industry knowledge.
• Supporting resource planning and departmental performance evaluations.

Your profile:

• 5+ years in project management within translation or localization, preferably in Life Sciences.
• Experience with pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotech translation projects.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with CAT tools, translation management systems, and Microsoft Office.
