Jobgether is seeking a Senior Project Manager based in Brazil to lead the delivery and launch of a mobile e-commerce platform serving customers across Latin America. You will coordinate features, schedules, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and adoption.

You will liaise with customers, leadership, product, and engineering, translating business goals into actionable plans while communicating risks and progress to executives.

Qualificações

  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management or comparable leadership role.
  • Experience delivering SaaS, e-commerce, or digital products.
  • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Operations and Customer-facing groups.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Project Manager based in Brazil.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery, launch, and evolution of a mobile e-commerce platform serving customers across Latin America. You will act as the key connection point between customers, business stakeholders, leadership, product, and engineering teams. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery management across timelines, priorities, dependencies, risks, and customer expectations. You will develop a strong understanding of product functionality, integrations, user workflows, and business objectives to guide effective implementation and adoption. Success will require strong stakeholder alignment, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex and rapidly changing environments. You will also contribute to long-term product success while ensuring day-to-day execution remains focused, transparent, and accountable.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery and launch of a mobile e-commerce platform for customers across Latin America.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers, business stakeholders, leadership, product teams, engineering teams, and other cross-functional groups.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of application functionality, user workflows, business use cases, integrations, and product value.
  • Communicate product capabilities, benefits, and value propositions clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, priorities, and resources across multiple workstreams.
  • Facilitate decision-making and resolve competing priorities while balancing functional trade-offs and business objectives.
  • Build consensus among stakeholders with diverse perspectives and align leadership expectations around delivery outcomes.
  • Identify, assess, track, and proactively communicate project risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and mitigation strategies.
  • Drive delivery excellence while maintaining alignment with the broader product vision and long-term business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, operations, and customer-facing teams to support successful implementation and adoption.
  • Monitor overall project health and provide regular status updates, reports, and executive-level communications.
  • Support customer onboarding, implementation activities, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Promote accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across project teams.
  • Ensure successful execution in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, Technical Program Management, or a comparable leadership role.
  • Proven experience delivering software, Software as a Service (SaaS), e-commerce, digital product, or technology initiatives.
  • Strong experience managing customer-facing projects and working directly with external clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams spanning Engineering, Product, Operations, Business, and other stakeholder groups.
  • Experience managing complex delivery environments involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and evolving requirements.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and modern product delivery processes.
  • Ability to quickly understand application functionality, integrations, technical concepts, and business use cases.
  • Proven track record of managing project risks, escalations, dependencies, changing priorities, and delivery challenges.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence decisions, build consensus, and align teams without relying on direct authority.
  • Fluent Spanish is required.
  • Professional English communication skills, with confidence communicating directly with U.S.-based leadership and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Latin American customers and multicultural teams is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, retail technology, or customer implementation projects is a strong advantage.
  • Project management certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, or Scrum are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for in-person customer meetings when required.
  • Availability to work with sufficient overlap with U.S. business hours.
