Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS product management.
• Experience as early product manager in a startup.
• Strong understanding of product-led growth (activation, onboarding, upgrades, retention).
• Proven shipped AI-powered features to production.
• Hands-on use of LLMs and AI agents for discovery and specification.
• Technical ability to discuss architecture with engineering teams.
• Demonstrated 0-to-1 product launches.
• Advanced English (C1+).
• Strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
• Availability during US Eastern hours with India overlap.
• Nice to have APIs/SDKs experience.
• Engineering background or AI-side projects.
• Experience in digital onboarding or in-app guidance.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in Brazil.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of an innovative B2B SaaS product focused on improving customer onboarding and product adoption through AI-powered technology. In this role, you will own the product builder end to end, shaping its vision and roadmap around measurable customer outcomes and business growth. You will turn customer insights and usage data into validated product opportunities, while personally prototyping and bringing new AI capabilities to market. You will also establish quality standards for LLM-powered features and simplify the product experience so customers can independently create and launch workflows. Working with a distributed design and engineering team across multiple regions, you will play a key role in product strategy, execution, and growth. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact as an early product hire within a growing international team.

Accountabilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, prioritizing customer outcomes, adoption, and revenue impact over isolated feature requests.
• Translate customer conversations, feedback, and product usage data into prototypes, experiments, and validated product opportunities.
• Lead the development and launch of AI-powered features using LLMs and agents to identify user drop-off points and recommend actionable improvements.
• Establish quality standards for AI capabilities, including evaluation frameworks, testing processes, training datasets, and retrieval systems.
• Continuously simplify the product builder experience, enabling non-technical customers to create and launch workflows independently.
• Collaborate closely with product design and a distributed engineering team in India to align priorities and deliver product improvements.
• Monitor and take ownership of key product outcomes, including adoption, conversion improvements, and customer satisfaction.
• Use AI tools and emerging technologies throughout product discovery, prototyping, and product specification.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience, primarily within B2B SaaS environments.
• Previous experience as an early product manager in a startup, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Strong understanding of product-led growth principles, including activation, onboarding, upgrades, and retention.
• Proven experience shipping AI-powered features to production, with practical knowledge of evaluation frameworks, datasets, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector or graph databases.
• Regular hands‑on use of LLMs and AI agents for product discovery, prototyping, and specification development.
• Technical understanding sufficient to discuss architecture options and trade-offs with engineering teams.
• Demonstrated experience taking at least one product from initial concept to launch (0-to-1).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher), both written and spoken.
• Strong strategic thinking, customer orientation, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work during US Eastern business hours, with some early‑morning availability to overlap with the team in India.
• Nice to have:
• Experience building products around APIs, SDKs, or MCPs.
• An engineering background or independently developed side projects, including AI‑assisted projects.
• Experience launching products that achieved meaningful adoption or revenue.
• Previous experience in digital adoption, customer onboarding, or in‑app guidance solutions.
