Jobtailor Brazil seeks a procurement professional to manage materials and services procurement across national and international suppliers. The role focuses on evaluating TCO, optimizing vendor lists, and coordinating bids and tender documents.

You will support internal clients and align with procurement procedures, with travel to the office as needed. ISO 14001 EMS knowledge is a plus, and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Specialization in Logistics, Supply Chain or related areas preferred.
• Knowledge of TCO, Inventory Management and contracting modalities.
• Experience in procurement, mining operations, and industrial maintenance.
• Availability to visit the office when requested.
• ISO 14001 EMS knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Execute procurement and purchasing of materials and services, evaluating TCO with national and international suppliers.

• Support clients in conducting procurement processes in accordance with procedures.
• Coordinate bidding processes and drafting of Invitation Letters, including scopes of work.
• Analyze and consolidate vendor lists for major contracts and supplies.
• Define the best contracting alternative for packages and identify vendor lists.

• Execute the procurement and purchasing of materials and services, evaluating alternatives and total cost of ownership (TCO) with national and/or international suppliers
• Serve internal clients, reporting to Procurement management
• Support internal clients in preparing procurement tender documents
• Support clients in conducting procurement processes in accordance with procurement procedures
• Coordinate bidding processes, quotations and drafting of Invitation Letters (Carta Convite), including reading and interpreting scopes of work
• Analyze and consolidate vendor lists for major contracts and supplies
• Define the best contracting alternative for packages, identifying the contract remuneration modality and the appropriate vendor list
• Analyze and normalize proposals to support supplier selection for key inputs and services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Preferred: specialization or graduate studies in Logistics, Supply Chain or related areas
• Knowledge of TCO, Inventory Management and contracting modalities (In-Company/Near-Company store)
• Experience in procurement, with prior involvement in mining operations
• Procurement experience in industrial maintenance and mine operation
• Availability to visit the office when requested
• Preferred knowledge or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management System (EMS)
• Proficiency/experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of bidding processes, quotations and drafting Invitation Letters (Carta Convite)
• Experience in analyzing and consolidating vendor lists
