AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design and scale core infrastructure that supports rapid growth. You will build reliable platform services, manage cloud resources on AWS and Kubernetes, and work with service mesh technologies to keep systems secure and performant.

This role emphasizes distributed architecture, AI-native tooling, and collaboration with senior leadership to align architecture with business goals.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 3+ years API design and development (REST/gRPC).
• 2+ years AWS and Kubernetes experience with Istio/Linkerd/Cilium.
• 2+ years building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, polyglot persistence).
• 6+ months working with LLMs, prompt engineering, harness engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code, Claude Cowork or similar.
• Excellent communication, fast learner, ownership mindset.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to build and scale core infrastructure that supports rapid company growth. This person designs reliable platform services, manages cloud resources on AWS and Kubernetes, and works with service mesh technologies to keep systems performant and secure. Comfort with distributed architecture and AI-native development tooling rounds out the role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable platform services to support company growth.

MUST HAVES

• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to learn on the fly, and a desire for ownership.
