EPAM Systems in Brazil is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join the Engineering Platform Team. You will design and deliver scalable automation across GitHub Actions, AWS infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.

In this role you will apply DevSecOps practices, IaC, and AI-assisted development tools to improve developer productivity and platform reliability. Collaboration with Product Owner and Scrum Master is expected.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in software or platform engineering.
• Strong ownership skills and ability to drive tasks to completion independently.
• Solid proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Terraform.
• Skills in GitHub Actions, GitHub Enterprise, and CI/CD.
• Background in Infrastructure as Code, Docker, and Linux.
• Competency in DevSecOps, operating production services, and security tooling (SonarQube, CodeQL, Veracode).
• Familiarity with PagerDuty for incident response.
• Daily hands-on experience with Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, LLM fundamentals, and AI-assisted software development.
• Ability to apply AI in engineering workflows.
• Strong written documentation skills.
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join one of the world's largest automotive services companies.

You will work within the Engineering Platform Team, responsible for GitHub Enterprise, reusable developer automation, cloud infrastructure, and secure engineering enablement. The project domain covers Developer Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, and Cloud Automation.
