The role involves designing platform solutions, managing infrastructure as code with Terraform, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines. Strong experience in Platform Engineering and AWS is required, along with proficiency in English.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid knowledge of observability tools and monitoring concepts.

About The Opportunity We are looking for Platform Engineers to join an exciting pilot initiative focused on building a high-performing platform engineering team in Brazil. The team structure includes one Platform Lead and engineers at different seniority levels, creating a collaborative environment with strong opportunities for technical growth and ownership. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about infrastructure automation, cloud platforms, scalability, reliability, and building internal platforms that enable engineering teams to move faster. You will work in a fast-paced environment solving complex technical challenges while contributing to scalable and resilient systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain platform engineering solutions and infrastructure systems
• Create and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve development workflows
• Support cloud-native environments and infrastructure automation initiatives
• Implement and maintain observability solutions, including monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with software engineers and cross-functional teams to enable faster product delivery
• Contribute to scripting and automation initiatives to reduce manual operational work
• Participate in architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Solid knowledge of observability tools and monitoring concepts
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar
• Experience working with distributed systems and cloud-native environments
• Strong understanding of Linux and networking fundamentals
• Experience with Git workflows and automation practices
• Professional communication skills in English

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or similar tools
• Knowledge of security and DevSecOps practices
• Experience building internal developer platforms
• Exposure to large-scale SRE or platform teams
• Experience supporting e-commerce, automotive, or high-scale enterprise environments
