PositionProfile and Role

We are seeking a passionateand dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist tojoin our growing multidisciplinary team at Fremantle Hospital. Thisis an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality clinicalservices, mentor junior clinicians, and play a key role indelivering positive outcomes for clients across a diverse caseload.You will work collaboratively with clients, families, supportnetworks, and healthcare professionals to develop tailoredsolutions that enhance independence, participation, and quality oflife.

We are part of a multidisciplinary team, plans, implements,coordinates and evaluates Occupational Therapy services to patientsin the clinical area of gerontology using advanced OccupationalTherapy clinical practice skills. Plans, implements and evaluates patient safety and quality of care. Practices as a SeniorOccupational Therapist and ensures practice is in accordance withthe Occupational Therapy professional and registrationrequirements, standards, codes and guidelines and SMHS policies andguidelines.
