Responsibilities

• Lead a Gen-AI project team.
• Communicate with stakeholders.
• Participate in pre-sales and discovery phases of projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and prompt engineering, including best practices and applications of LLMs.
• Understanding of NLP problems such as classification, NER, summarization, question answering, sentiment analysis, etc.
• Knowledge of Transformers, word and sentence embeddings.
• Experience with vector search, databases, and performance tuning.
• Development of LLM applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Chain of Thoughts, DSP, and agents.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud (GCP).

Preferred qualifications include IT services/consulting experience, expertise in prompt engineering, RAG, agentic design patterns, vector search, document understanding, fine-tuning models, multi-modal models, and responsible AI principles.
