Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks a senior legal professional to oversee credit recovery and judicial reorganization matters, including filings and strategic litigation.

You will review cases, assess risks, and collaborate with teams to reduce litigation and improve processes. Required: OAB registration and postgraduate degrees in Civil Procedure, Civil Law, and Banking Law.

Qualificações

• Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
• Postgraduate degrees in Civil Procedure, Civil Law and Banking Law.
• Experience in credit recovery, judicial reorganization, and strategic litigation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with legal department management systems (case management software).

Responsibilities

• Oversee, lead and manage judicial proceedings related to credit recovery and judicial reorganization in person, preparing procedural filings, appeals, and interlocutory communications with judges and appellate judges.
• Analyze scenarios and various situations from a credit recovery perspective to mitigate litigation risks, using interpretation of legislation, legal doctrine and up-to-date case law to provide input and alternative perspectives in decision‑making, assessing risks and proposing viable solutions.
• Review cases, jurisprudential trends and concrete matters to propose business improvements aimed at preventing litigation and mitigating risks in judicial proceedings.
• Collaborate with other teams within the legal department.
• Participate in committees.
• Negotiation skills will be considered a plus.

Requirements
