Jobtailor seeks a Brazilian lawyer specialized in judgment enforcement to manage a high-volume caseload. You will review court decisions, calculations, and monetary obligations, and draft petitions and other procedural documents for the execution stage.

You will monitor deadlines, verify amounts, identify inconsistencies, liaise with clients, and keep legal systems and controls up to date while ensuring compliance with civil procedure and enforcement practice.

Qualificações

• Degree in Law and active OAB registration in Brazil.
• Excellent legal writing and argumentation skills.
• Experience in high-volume litigation and civil procedure.

• Manage and handle cases at the judgment enforcement and execution stages
• Review court decisions, calculations, monetary payment obligations, and obligations to perform specific actions
• Draft judgment enforcement petitions, objections, submissions, and other procedural documents related to the execution stage
• Monitor procedural deadlines and case developments
• Review and verify court calculations and amounts submitted by the opposing party
• Identify inconsistencies, over-enforcement, and improper amounts
• Monitor court deposits, payments, withdrawals, and other measures necessary to regularize cases
• Take measures to close and archive cases after obligations have been fulfilled
• Liaise with internal teams and clients to gather information and define legal strategies
• Enter and keep legal systems and internal controls up to date
• Act strategically to reduce liabilities and prevent new contingencies

Requirements

• Degree in Law
• Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
• Excellent legal writing and argumentation skills
• Proficiency with legal technology and case-management tools
• Experience in high-volume law firms
• Knowledge of civil procedure and enforcement proceedings
• Strong ability to analyze documents, calculations, and deadlines
• Organization, attention to detail, and autonomy in managing matters
• Experience in high-volume litigation
• Experience with legal systems and managing a large caseload
• Knowledge of court calculations and analysis of judgment amounts
