CI&T Software S.A. procura um Senior Software Engineer com foco em AI-First Development para construir software moderno e escalável aproveitando IA para aumentar a produtividade dos engenheiros.

O(a) profissional terá atuação prática, automação de tarefas repetitivas e ownership de serviços, colaborando com equipes multifuncionais e liderando iniciativas de qualidade de código e adoção de IA.

Qualificações

• Formação em ciência da computação, engenharia ou área relacionada, ou experiência prática equivalente.
• 7+ anos de experiência em desenvolvimento de software.
• Forte experiência em Java e Python.
• Experiência prática com Microsoft Azure.
• Experiência com Azure Databricks, Apache Spark e Delta Lake.
• Experiência em desenhar e desenvolver microserviços e APIs REST empresariais.
• Conhecimento de sistemas distribuídos e arquiteturas nativas de nuvem.
• Experiência com Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD e práticas DevOps.
• Experiência com Git, frameworks de testes automatizados e desenvolvimento Ágil.

Responsabilidades

• Trabalhar em parceria com arquitetos, product owners, QA, DevOps e stakeholders de negócios.
• Colaborar com equipes de engenharia onsite e offshore.
• Participar de discussões de arquitetura, revisões de código, planejamento de sprints e sessões de design técnico.
• Mentorar engenheiros júnior e pleno promovendo excelência de engenharia e adoção de IA.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer, AI-First Development who is passionate about building modern, scalable software while leveraging Artificial Intelligence to improve engineering productivity.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who embraces AI-first software development, automates repetitive engineering tasks, and takes end-to-end ownership of the services they build.

The ideal candidate is an expert in Java, Python, Azure, Azure Databricks, Microservices, and modern SDLC practices, with proven experience delivering cloud-native enterpriseapplications. Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for an engineer who actively uses AI to accelerate software delivery, improve code quality, automate engineering workflows, and increase developer productivity.

Collaboration

• Work closely with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore engineering teams.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design sessions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while promoting engineering excellence and AI adoption.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong experience with Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake.
• Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-grade microservices and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Git, automated testing frameworks, and Agile software development.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
