A CI&T Software S.A. está buscando um Desenvolvedor Java de nível intermediário no Brasil para transformar requisitos de negócios em serviços back-end robustos com Java 17/21 e Spring Boot.

O cargo envolve trabalhar com REST/gRPC, OAuth2/OIDC, PostgreSQL, Redis e ambientes containerizados em Docker e Kubernetes (GKE). Formação multidisciplinar, atuação em times globais e oportunidades de crescimento fazem parte do dia a dia.

Qualificações

• Experiência sólida com Java (17 ou 21) e Spring Boot em produção.
• Domínio de REST APIs e conceitos de gRPC.
• Forte domínio de OAuth2/OIDC, JWT e segurança de backend.
• Confortável com PostgreSQL e JPA/Hibernate.
• Experiência com Docker e Kubernetes (deploys, debug, ConfigMaps/Secrets).
• Capacidade de diagnosticar sistemas distribuídos e analisar logs.
• Comunicação eficaz em equipes multiculturais; inglês avançado.

Responsabilidades

• Projetar, construir e manter serviços backend em Java 17/21 e Spring Boot.
• Implementar APIs REST e gRPC com versionamento e boas práticas.
• Garantir confiabilidade via testes unitários/integrados e debugging.
• Operar com PostgreSQL, Redis e integração com camadas de cache.
• Construir e depurar serviços containerizados em Docker e Kubernetes (GKE).
• Aplicar fundamentos de segurança (OAuth2/OIDC, RBAC) e codificação segura.
• Colaborar com equipes transversais, orientar entregas e participar de revisões.
• Contribuir para CI/CD (Tekton/Jenkins, ArgoCD) e GitOps.
• Participar de discussões técnicas e mentoria quando necessário.

Objective:
Transform business requirements into robust, maintainable backend services, aligned with architecture standards and Agile delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using Java 17/21 and Spring Boot.
• Implement and evolve REST and gRPC APIs following best practices and versioning standards.
• Ensure service reliability through unit/integration tests, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Work with PostgreSQL (schema design, performance tuning) and integrate with caching layers (Redis).
• Build and debug containerized services using Docker and deploy them on Kubernetes (GKE).
• Apply security fundamentals: OAuth2/OIDC, JWT validation, RBAC, and secure coding practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and ownership of deliverables.
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows (Tekton/Jenkins, ArgoCD) and follow GitOps principles.
• Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and mentor team members when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience with Java (17 or 21) and Spring Boot in production systems.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and familiarity with gRPC concepts.
• Hands-on experience with OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, and backend security fundamentals.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and JPA/Hibernate.
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes (deployments, debugging, ConfigMaps/Secrets).
• Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems, analyze logs, and diagnose performance issues.
• Effective communication, transparency, and resilience working in fast-paced, multicultural teams.
• Advanced English.

• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable with context switching and balancing priorities.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Kafka or other event-driven technologies.
• Proficiency in NoSQL databases
• Redis (caching, ephemero data).
• Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD), Tekton pipelines, or Helm/Kustomize.
• Exposure to GCP services (GKE, IAM, Cloud Logging/Monitoring).
• Basic understanding of OPA or policy-based access control.
• Knowledge of WebSockets or streaming APIs.
• Background in prototyping or integrating AI-driven automation.
