Capitole seeks a MuleSoft Platform & Automation Engineer for an international, cross-functional project focused on platform engineering and operational excellence. You will drive reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of integration platforms through automation, capacity management, and self-healing solutions.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years in MuleSoft platform operations (not API development).
• Hands-on Terraform, GitHub, OpenShift and ArgoCD experience.
• Strong knowledge of API security standards (OAuth, OpenID) and basics of AWS/Azure.
• ITIL processes expertise and excellence in cross-cultural communication; English at C1 level.

We are looking for a MuleSoft Platform & Automation Engineer to join an international, cross-functional technical project focused on platform engineering and operational excellence. You will play a key role in driving the reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of integration platforms through automation, capacity management, and self-healing solutions.

Responsabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts (Python, PowerShell, Shell) and self-healing mechanisms to reduce manual operational effort.
• Manage platform capacity and performance, including utilization monitoring, growth forecasting, and resource planning.
• Support major incidents, service restoration activities, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Interface effectively between internal and external service providers in an international technical environment.

Must Have

• 5 to 7 years of expertise in MuleSoft platform management (platform operations, not API development) and MuleSoft Omni Gateway (Flex Gateway).
• Strong technical hands-on experience with Terraform, GitHub, OpenShift, and ArgoCD.
• solid background in API Security standards (OAuth, OpenID) and foundational knowledge of AWS and Azure.
• Expertise in ITIL processes, strong communication skills for multicultural environments, and C1 English proficiency.

Plus

• Familiarity with Linux, Silva, and web standards/technologies (XML, XSD, WSDL, WS-*, Java, JSON).
• Basic network fundamentals (Virtual IPs, firewalls, load balancers) and certificate lifecycle management.
• User-level experience with SOAPUI and Postman.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
