The Senior Instructional Designer is an end-to-end learning architect and author within the Online Training Team. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle—from front-end performance analysis and learner persona creation to hands‑on development and portfolio maintenance—of high‑quality online technical product training.
This is a full‑stack, hands‑on instructional design and development role. The ideal candidate does not just write storyboards or manage vendors; they directly author interactive eLearning, translate complex software UI changes into task‑based user workflows, and own learning products from strategy to finished build. Success requires deep instructional design theory, advanced proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate Storyline 360, and comfort leveraging emerging technologies—including generative AI—to accelerate output.
