About the Role

Our client, a global leader in the financial services industry, is looking for a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their remote team. This role is instrumental in driving strategic HR initiatives and partnering closely with senior leadership to support business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expertise in areas such as organizational design, talent management, employee relations, change management, and performance management. The ideal candidate possesses a strong business acumen, exceptional consulting skills, and a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment. This is a remote position, open to candidates across Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to designated business units, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
• Provide expert guidance and support on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure fair and consistent application of policies.
• Lead and facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational transformations.
• Partner with talent acquisition to attract and retain key talent.
• Develop and implement performance management strategies to drive employee performance and engagement.
• Advise leadership on compensation and benefits strategies to ensure competitiveness.
• Develop and deliver HR training programs for managers and employees.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
• Champion the company's culture and values, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other HR functions to deliver seamless HR services.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) as an HR Business Partner, with a proven track record of strategic impact.
• Deep understanding of various HR disciplines, including talent management, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and influence business strategy.
• Excellent consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience managing complex employee relations issues.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing change initiatives.
• Fluency in English is a plus, but not mandatory.
