Job summary

Lincoln Electric Company in Brazil is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support the Welding Business and act as trusted advisor to business leaders across manufacturing operations. This strategic HR role partners with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, workforce planning, and change management.

You will ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and collaborate with global HR teams on enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR/Business/psychology or related field.
• 10+ years HR experience, with manufacturing or industrial exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian Labor Law and talent management.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional HRBP role.

We are looking for a strategic HR professional who thrives in partnering with leaders, influencing organizational decisions, identifying workforce risks, and building talent strategies that support business growth.

You will act as the primary HR partner for our Welding operations, supporting leadership teams across organizational effectiveness, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, workforce planning, and change management.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• 10+ years of HR experience
• Previous experience as an HRBP supporting manufacturing or industrial operations
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian Labor Law
• Experience with talent management, succession planning, organization design, and leadership coaching
• Ability to influence leaders at multiple organizational levels
• Strong analytical and business acumen
• Intermediate to Advanced English required
• Experience in matrix organizations preferred
