We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our Branding team, specializing in the creation of high-impact institutional presentations and refined visual storytelling. This role requires advanced technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and a sophisticated editorial design sensibility to translate complex messages into clear, persuasive visuals that uphold and elevate the company’s brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and production of institutional presentations with strong visual impact, ensuring clarity, persuasion, and brand consistency across all executive and marketing materials.
• Create and adapt graphic assets for diverse platforms including social media, emails, blogs, and institutional campaigns, applying the brand’s visual identity meticulously.
• Collaborate strategically with internal teams and stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver design solutions that align with business goals.
• Drive the editorial and visual storytelling process, transforming complex technical and corporate content into compelling, easy-to-understand visuals.
• Oversee the visual consistency and excellence of branding materials across all touchpoints, maintaining high standards for design quality and messaging.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers, promoting best practices in design and workflow.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather insights, present creative concepts, and incorporate feedback to refine deliverables.
• Stay informed on design trends and technologies to continually bring innovative ideas and improvements to the team.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Demonstrated senior-level experience in graphic design, especially in creating institutional presentations and editorial design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing strategic design thinking, visual storytelling, and advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Deep understanding of digital and social media design principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level for daily communication and presentations.
• Ability to organize complex projects, manage priorities, and meet deadlines efficiently.
