Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Senior GCP DevOps Engineer to join our talent network. You will integrate into a US client team and collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver cloud-based production systems.

Requirements include 5+ years in DevOps with GCP, Terraform IaC, Kubernetes, and strong English. 100% remote work and opportunities to work with leading startups and Fortune 500 companies are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional DevOps experience with GCP.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree is required.
• Proven experience designing and provisioning cloud environments on GCP.
• IaC with Terraform to manage production-grade environments.
• Deep Kubernetes experience.
• VMs and cloud-based compute infrastructure.
• Understanding of load balancers, networking, and traffic management.
• IAM, permissions, roles, and cloud access controls.
• Designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with JFrog and artifact management is a plus.
• Ability to work on Agile/Scrum teams and on large, complex systems.

• Contribute to libraries and best practices for cloud environments.

The Opportunity

• You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional DevOps Engineering experience with GCP.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Proven experience in designing and provisioning cloud environments using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically utilizing Terraform to manage production-grade environments.
• Deep experience in containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Practical experience working with virtual machines (VMs) and cloud-based compute infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of load balancers, networking, and traffic management.
• Experience managing IAM, permissions, roles, and cloud access controls.
• Skilled in designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with JFrog and artifact management is a plus.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
