Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Senior GCP DevOps Engineer to join our talent network for flexible, project-based engagements with U.S. clients.

You will integrate into client teams, collaborating with designers and engineers daily to design, provision, and operate cloud infrastructure on GCP using Terraform, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps experience with GCP.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree is required.
• Designing and provisioning cloud environments on GCP.
• IaC experience with Terraform to manage production environments.
• Deep Kubernetes experience and container orchestration.
• Hands-on with VM-based compute and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of load balancers, networking, and traffic management.
• Experience IAM and cloud access controls management.
• CI/CD pipeline design and troubleshooting skills.
• JFrog/artifact management experience is a plus.
• Ability to own and deliver on commitments in Agile/Scrum teams.

The Opportunity

You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional DevOps Engineering experience with GCP.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Proven experience in designing and provisioning cloud environments using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically utilizing Terraform to manage production-grade environments.
• Deep experience in containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Practical experience working with virtual machines (VMs) and cloud-based compute infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of load balancers, networking, and traffic management.
• Experience managing IAM, permissions, roles, and cloud access controls.
• Skilled in designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with JFrog and artifact management is a plus.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.

• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
