Qualificações

• Education / Degree: Bachelor-level degree in education, administration, statistics, or related fields.
• Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of academic processes, educational legislation, private education landscape, data analysis and KPIs, project management.
• Experience: Experience in pedagogical support activities, academic management or monitoring of educational units with indicators and strategic solutions.

• Responsible for conducting complex educational analyses, structuring diagnostics of academic, financial and market performance, supporting institutional strategies and providing technical guidance to units and leadership, with the aim of strengthening educational quality, offer sustainability, student retention and the strategic decision-making of the Education Superintendency.


• Conduct integrated diagnostics of educational performance, analyzing academic, financial, regulatory, market and student experience indicators to identify risks, opportunities and improvement plans.


• Evaluate the sustainability of classes, courses, programs and educational projects, considering revenue, occupancy, dropout, retention, margin, demand, operational capacity and quality indicators to support decisions regarding maintenance, expansion, review or discontinuation of offerings.


• Develop strategic studies of the educational market, analyzing competitors, trends, regional demand, student behavior, portfolio and positioning to support decisions on institutional growth and differentiation.


• Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, executive presentations and strategic recommendations, integrating academic, financial and market evidence to support the Education Superintendency and senior management.


• Provide technical guidance to mission units and internal teams in reading indicators, building action plans and monitoring results, promoting greater analytical maturity and institutional alignment.


• Monitor academic quality indicators, external evaluations, ENADE, internal assessments, student performance, satisfaction, NPS and retention, structuring analyses that support improvement actions and mitigation of educational risks.


• Participate in institutional projects for portfolio review, academic transformation, educational innovation, expansion of offerings and process improvement, leading analyses, timelines, indicators and technical recommendations.


• Propose methodologies, monitoring models and educational governance instruments, using indicators, targets and technical criteria to strengthen management of academic and economic-educational performance.


• Support the construction of educational scenarios and projections using historical data, market indicators, enrollment behavior and unit performance to anticipate risks and opportunities.


• Participate in strategic forums, committees and institutional meetings, presenting technical analyses and evidence-based recommendations to support decisions on quality, portfolio, revenue and educational sustainability.


• Serve as a technical reference for junior and mid-level analysts, sharing methods, guiding analyses and contributing to the technical development of the team.

Requirements

• Education / Degree:


• Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Teaching (Licenciatura), Business Administration, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or related fields. Postgraduate degree desirable in Education, Educational Management, Data Analysis/Data Science, Strategic Management or related areas.


• Specific Knowledge:


• Academic and pedagogical processes; Educational legislation; Understanding of the private national education landscape; Data analysis and KPIs; Project management.


• Experience in pedagogical support activities, academic management or monitoring of educational units. Monitoring indicators and proposing strategic solutions.
