EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead design, automation, deployment, and operations of an enterprise Amazon Connect platform using DevOps and SRE practices.

You will own end-to-end delivery from concept to production, mature Infrastructure as Code with AWS CloudFormation, and design scalable CI/CD pipelines across the service stack. Collaboration with global teams and strong communication are essential.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of Amazon Connect experience in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of AWS architecture experience (serverless and event-driven).
• Technical leadership to own and modernize production contact center platform.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation; ongoing maintenance.
• Strong CI/CD design with Git-driven development and pipelines.
• Clear communication for release governance, reviews and standards.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2).

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end ownership of an enterprise Amazon Connect platform from design through production operations.
• Design scalable Amazon Connect architecture, configuration, security controls, and operational processes.
• Develop and maintain IaC using CloudFormation to standardize environments.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines with Git-based workflows and deployment governance.
• Automate deployments and operational tasks to improve reliability and recovery.
• Coordinate release management activities and change controls.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services and enterprise apps using serverless patterns.
