Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks an experienced ML/AI Engineer to develop, optimize, and scale ML solutions for digital products. The role emphasizes prompt engineering for LLMs and seamless integration into APIs and data pipelines.

You will work with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to test, evaluate, and monitor performance, ensuring governance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with ML/AI applied to digital products.
• Experience with prompt engineering for LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with data processing/analysis using pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Knowledge of APIs, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), and model integration.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and software development best practices.
• Analytical ability and critical thinking for solving complex problems.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD for models, and production monitoring.
• Experience with generative AI products, chatbots, copilots, or intelligent systems.
• Knowledge of NLP, embeddings, and RAG.
• Experience in regulated environments or mission-critical systems.
