Aditi Consulting is seeking a Project Manager - ERP Localization in Contagem, Brazil. You will lead ERP localization initiatives, act as Product Owner, and coordinate with tax, finance, IT, and global teams to ensure compliance and successful implementations.

Ideal candidates have proven ERP transformation experience, strong English, and a business/IT background. You will drive changes across O2C and P2P processes and support Brazil’s tax reforms with global partners.

Qualificações

• Based in Contagem, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
• Proven experience leading ERP implementation, localization, or transformation projects.
• Advanced to fluent English proficiency with experience collaborating in global environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Candidates with Accounting or Business Administration degrees should also possess a postgraduate degree in Information Technology.
• Strong experience in project management methodologies, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ERP localization projects from planning through execution, delivery, and post-implementation support.
• Act as Product Owner for localization solutions, defining priorities, managing roadmaps, and driving continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with business, tax, finance, IT, and global Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment on project objectives and compliance requirements.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure ERP systems and tax solutions remain compliant with Brazilian tax legislation and statutory reporting requirements.
• Coordinate system integrations and support solution architecture discussions across ERP and tax platforms.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable system enhancements.
• Support ongoing initiatives related to the Brazilian Tax Reform and evolving localization requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams supporting O2C and P2P processes.
• Drive testing, deployment, user adoption, and change management activities.

We are seeking a Project Manager - ERP Localization to lead strategic ERP localization initiatives in Brazil. This role combines end-to-end project management with Product Owner responsibilities, ensuring ERP and tax localization solutions remain compliant with Brazil's evolving tax and regulatory requirements, including the Brazilian Tax Reform. The ideal candidate will partner with local and global stakeholders to drive successful implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvements across localization platforms and integrated ERP environments.

Required Qualifications

• Based in Contagem, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
• Proven experience leading ERP implementation, localization, or transformation projects.
• Advanced to fluent English proficiency with experience collaborating in global environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, Epicor, and/or Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS).
• Hands-on experience with tax and localization solutions such as DFe, Taxone, OneSource, OSGT/GTM, and Tax Analyser.
• Strong understanding of Brazilian tax legislation, statutory reporting requirements, and the Brazilian Tax Reform.
• Experience supporting ERP localization programs within Brazil.
• Knowledge of O2C and P2P business processes.
• Experience working with system integrations and enterprise solution architecture.
• FinOps or finance systems experience is highly valued.
