Motiva Rodovias seeks a Civil Engineer to support pavement projects across its units, performing data-driven analyses and presenting results. You will engage in research and deliverables stemming from the Research Center, contributing to technical solutions and advanced presentations.

The role emphasizes familiarity with pavement materials, ABNT/DNIT standards, and the use of Excel/Power BI; knowledge of Python is a plus for data processing and reporting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Experience in infrastructure construction and/or urban mobility projects preferred.
• Knowledge of pavements and construction materials is a plus.
• Familiarity with ABNT, DNIT, ASTM, AASHTO standards is expected.

• Support the research, development, understanding, and execution of deliverables for pavement projects across all Motiva Rodovias business units
• Conduct studies and analyses to provide input for highway pavement projects by processing test data from the Research Center
• Support the enhancement of technical solutions applied across the business units by presenting innovative techniques and market trends
• Research and evaluate scenarios and trends for the application of sustainable paving techniques
• Participate in technical discussion meetings with Motiva Rodovias business units
• Support pavement consultants, specialists, and analysts in preparing presentations and reports containing scenarios, qualitative and quantitative analyses, and project alternatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Previous experience in infrastructure construction and/or urban mobility projects
• Basic knowledge of pavements and construction materials
• Familiarity with ABNT, DNIT, state highway department (DER), ASTM, AASHTO, and related standards
• Knowledge of data analysis tools for construction and report generation, such as Excel and Power BI, is a plus
• Knowledge of Python is a plus
