Jobtailor is seeking a Compliance professional in Brazil to develop and deliver training on compliance topics, support third-party due diligence, and provide advisory support on compliance matters.

You will review documents from a compliance perspective, assist in risk assessments, and contribute to the integrity program in collaboration with internal departments, maintaining alignment with corporate guidelines and channels for whistleblower reports.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related field.
• Specialization in the relevant area is desirable.
• Experience with Integrity Programs, whistleblower channels, and third-party due diligence.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver training on Compliance-related topics.
• Support third-party due diligence processes.
• Provide advisory support on Compliance matters.
• Review documents from a Compliance perspective.
• Support Compliance risk assessments and the development and monitoring of action and mitigation plans in collaboration with internal departments.
• Assist in investigating reports received through the channels provided by the Company.
• Support Compliance activities, contributing to the development and consolidation of the Company’s Integrity Program.
• Liaise directly with internal clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment with business needs and corporate Compliance guidelines.
