Jobtailor seeks a Compliance professional to oversee regulatory adherence and internal controls in the Brazilian healthcare-focused market. You will conduct audits, risk assessments, and due diligence on customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure alignment with laws and internal policies.

The role requires experience in compliance, KYC/KYS, AML/CTF, and knowledge of Law 12,846/2013 and ANS RN 518, with a commitment to inclusive hiring.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Admin, Economics, International Relations, or related field.
• Proven experience in Compliance, Internal Controls, or Auditing, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of anti-corruption legislation (Law No. 12,846/2013).
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks and risk management.
• Knowledge of ANS Resolution RN 518.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure organization complies with laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate non-compliance.
• Assist in developing and updating the Code of Conduct and internal compliance policies.
• Research and interpret regulations applicable to the company's industry.
• Ensure internal processes are aligned with legal requirements.
• Conduct due diligence on customers (KYC), suppliers (KYS) and partners (AML/CTF).
• Develop and deliver compliance training and materials.
• Prepare reports on compliance activities and risks for management and regulators.
• Provide support for external audits and inspections.

• Ensure that the organization operates in full compliance with laws, external regulations, and internal policies.
• Conduct internal audits and regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential instances of non-compliance.
• Assist in developing, implementing, reviewing, and updating the Code of Conduct and internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Research and interpret regulations applicable to the company's industry.
• Ensure that internal processes are aligned with legal requirements.
• Conduct due diligence on customers (KYC), suppliers (KYS), and partners, particularly regarding anti-corruption and anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CTF) requirements.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and informational materials.
• Prepare reports on compliance activities, identified risks, and action plans for senior management and regulatory authorities, when applicable.
• Provide support and compile documentation for external audits and inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or a related field.
• Proven prior experience in Compliance, Internal Controls, or Auditing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of anti-corruption legislation (Law No. 12,846/2013).
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks and risk management.
• Knowledge of ANS Resolution RN 518.
