Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced English and Excel skills required.
• Experience in Compensation and Salary Survey methodologies; Willis Towers Watson a plus.
• Experience with Job and Salary structures and salary table maintenance.
• ERP systems knowledge; SAP/SuccessFactors a plus.
