Jobtailor in Campinas is seeking a Compensation Specialist to oversee compensation processes and budgeting. You will manage fixed and variable pay, incentives, and awards while supporting HCM systems and ensuring merit-based retention strategies.

English fluency and advanced Excel are essential. Experience with salary surveys (Willis Towers Watson a plus) and job classification/salary administration will help you thrive.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Advanced English and Excel skills are mandatory.
• Experience in Compensation and Salary Survey Methodologies (Willis Towers Watson a plus).
• Experience in Job Classification and Salary Administration (descriptions, salary tables).
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, SuccessFactors a plus).
