Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Cloud Support Engineer in São Paulo to help customers optimize cloud environments, resolve incidents, and deploy solutions across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, networking, Kubernetes, and automation (Terraform, PowerShell, ARM), create documentation, and share knowledge with the team to improve solutions and support. Strong English technical communication is required.

Qualificações

• Experience in Cloud support and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
• Experience with infrastructure automation (IaC).
• Analytical, collaborative profile with a strong problem-solving focus.
• Technical English.
