Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Calibration Technician to join a global team in Singapore. The role involves overseeing calibration activities, coordinating with service providers, and maintaining calibration records to ensure compliance and accuracy.

The position requires good communication, basic computer literacy, and preferably prior calibration experience. The contract is 6 months with potential conversion to permanent, and work hours are typical daytime hours on-site at

Qualificações

• Good communication and report-writing abilities.
• Fundamental computer skills and familiarity with common software.
• Calibration experience is an advantage and helpful for entry to mid roles.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the company’s calibration program and ensure all equipment is calibrated within the required timelines.
• Organise and coordinate calibration activities with internal teams and external service providers.
• Maintain calibration data, equipment records, and schedules in the GageTrak system and site calibration register.
• Carry out internal calibration of LabJack temperature measuring devices.
• Review calibration service invoices and coordinate approvals for timely payment.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing relevant calibration records and documentation.
• Identify and resolve calibration-related issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure calibration activities meet quality, environmental, and workplace safety requirements.

Location: Marsiling

Contract Role: 6 Months (Convertible to Perm!)

Work Hours: Monday- Friday (8am -5.15pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s calibration program and ensure all equipment is calibrated within the required timelines.

• Organise and coordinate calibration activities with internal teams and external service providers.

• Keep calibration data, equipment records, and schedules up to date in the GageTrak system and site calibration register.

• Carry out internal calibration of LabJack temperature measuring devices.

• Review calibration service invoices and coordinate approvals for timely payment.

• Assist with internal and external audits by providing relevant calibration records and documentation.

• Identify and resolve calibration-related issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure calibration activities and processes meet applicable quality, environmental, and workplace safety requirements.
