This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Billing & Quote to Cash based in Brazil.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize enterprise billing applications and end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes within a global technology environment. In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into scalable system solutions. You will work closely with Finance, Commercial, Product, Sales Operations, and Technology teams to enhance processes spanning quoting, ordering, product configuration, billing, and invoicing. A major focus will be developing expertise in Salesforce, Expedite Commerce, and their integrations with other enterprise platforms. You will contribute to strategic initiatives, system enhancements, new product introductions, and continuous process improvement. Accountabilities:

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements, and translate business needs into clear and actionable system solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for applications and processes supporting billing and the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including quoting, ordering, product configuration, billing, invoicing, and downstream revenue processes.
• Develop and maintain in-depth functional knowledge of Salesforce, Expedite Commerce, and related applications and integrations within the commercial and billing ecosystem.
• Analyze complex business processes, system interactions, data flows, and integration points to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and solution‑design workshops with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Product, Sales Operations, and Technology.
• Create and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, and other project documentation.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, and application teams to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and support solution estimation.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance teams and business users to develop test scenarios, coordinate system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), validate outcomes, and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Evaluate the impact of new products, customer requirements, pricing models, acquisitions, and business‑process changes on billing and Quote‑to‑Cash applications.
• Support application integrations and data flows across CRM, commerce, ordering, billing, financial, and other enterprise platforms.
• Investigate complex application and process issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions rather than relying on temporary manual workarounds.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve data quality, reduce manual activities, strengthen operational controls, and increase automation.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, application owners, developers, architects, and other technology teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Support application changes from requirements definition and functional design through testing, implementation, stakeholder communication, and post‑launch stabilization.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies depending on the initiative.
• Independently manage complex assignments, demonstrate strong ownership, and drive progress across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar applications‑focused role.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing complex enterprise applications, business processes, system integrations, and data flows.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and system enhancements.
• Experience supporting billing, Order‑to‑Cash, Quote‑to‑Cash, ERP, CRM, CPQ, commerce, or other transaction‑oriented enterprise applications.
• Experience working collaboratively with software development, Quality Assurance, architecture, and business teams throughout the application development lifecycle.
• Practical experience planning, coordinating, and supporting system testing and user acceptance testing.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to navigate interconnected systems and complex business processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic business environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Salesforce, particularly in complex enterprise environments involving commercial operations, quoting, ordering, or billing.
• Familiarity with Expedite Commerce or similar CPQ, product configuration, order management, or Quote‑to‑Cash platforms.
• Experience with enterprise billing systems, billing integrations, invoicing, pricing, rating, usage‑based billing, or recurring‑revenue models.
• Knowledge of data and integration flows across CRM, CPQ/commerce, order management, billing, and financial platforms.
• Experience supporting new product introductions and understanding the impact of product and pricing decisions on Quote‑to‑Cash systems.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration technologies.
• Experience with process modeling and diagramming tools such as Microsoft Visio.
• Previous experience in telecommunications, payments, network services, financial markets, or other transaction‑intensive technology environments.
• Familiarity with the business operations, products, applications, or Quote‑to‑Cash processes of a global technology services organization.
