BairesDev is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer – Python to build backend services on AWS serverless infrastructure powering products used by millions of users. This is a hands-on role where your code directly reaches customers through the web and mobile experiences it powers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Serverless (Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, API Gateway).
• Background in PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain backend services on AWS serverless infrastructure.
• Implement features end to end, from design through deployment.

• Work with containerized services using Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.
• Build and maintain data models across PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, with strong proficiency in Python.
