Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to build and operate AWS serverless infrastructure powering products used by millions. This role is hands-on and shapes how the team uses AWS, from infrastructure as code to container orchestration.

You will design services, own features end to end, and collaborate across engineering on scalable cloud-native solutions. This position is 100% remote with competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Serverless (Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, API Gateway).
• Background in PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
