Position Overview: We are seeking a Backend Software Engineer with Golang experience. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

1. Translate product requirements into robust technical solutions, recommend alternatives, and lead engineering efforts.
2. Design and implement reliable systems within a distributed microservices architecture.
3. Build and maintain integrations with third-party vendors and partners.
4. Design and implement high-availability RESTful APIs for web and mobile apps.
5. Create reusable code and libraries to ensure scalability and collaboration.
6. Enforce observability practices using logging, metrics, and alerting tools.
7. Maintain detailed technical documentation.
8. Monitor systems for performance and scalability improvements.
9. Collaborate effectively across teams to align priorities and requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proficiency in back-end languages such as Go, Java, Python, C++.
• Experience with RESTful API development.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes.
• Ownership of projects and proactive problem-solving.
• Experience with agile methodologies and message queuing systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• CI/CD experience with tools like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.
