EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Automation Tester to shape automation strategy across a large-scale game development lifecycle. You will lead a small QA team, expand automated coverage, and partner with engineers to resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities include defining test strategy, building scalable automation, and driving regression cycles with hands-on testing in C++, Python, and industry-standard frameworks.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of professional experience in software testing.
• 2+ years of hands-on automated testing and/or scripting.
• Strong C++ proficiency for test automation and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Appium, Selenium, and JUnit in test automation.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for cross-team communication.
• Nice to have CI/CD experience with Jenkins or TeamCity, Python scripting, TestRail, Unreal Engine testing.

Responsabilidades

• Define test strategy and test plans across the full development lifecycle.
• Lead automation direction and prioritize technical objectives to meet quality goals.
• Build and extend automated test suites using existing frameworks and tooling.
• Maintain and improve test automation framework architecture for scalability and reliability.
• Execute and oversee regression cycles, including targeted manual playthroughs.
• Drive defect triage and collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot critical issues.
