ANTAS PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Application Consultant with 15+ years in banking technology, private banking, and wealth management applications. You will lead transformation, platform modernization, integration, and production support across global banking environments.

You will drive Temenos T24/TAP implementations, data migration, and cross-functional delivery with CRM, digital channels, and downstream systems. Strong stakeholder management and SDLC expertise are required.

Qualificações

• 17+ years of experience in banking application consulting, business analysis, application delivery, or technology transformation.
• Strong experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management technology.
• Hands-on functional knowledge of Temenos T24 / Transact and TAP.
• Strong understanding of custody operations, trade processing, settlement and client reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end application transformation and technology delivery for Private Banking and Wealth Management platforms.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specs and technical requirements.
• Drive Temenos Transact (T24), TAP and related platform implementation and integration.
• Design and support client onboarding, portfolio management, and client reporting solutions.
• Lead SIT/UAT, testing, go-live activities, and post-production support.
• Define end-to-end application workflows from order to settlement and client communications.
• Drive integration with CRM, digital channels, and enterprise applications.

We are seeking a Senior Application Consultant with 15+ years of experience in banking technology, private banking and wealth management applications, digital transformation, and enterprise application delivery.

The role will be responsible for leading application transformation, platform modernization, integration, implementation, and production support initiatives across global banking environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end application transformation and technology delivery for Private Banking and Wealth Management platforms.

• Analyse business and functional requirements and translate them into application solutions, functional specifications, and technical requirements.

• Drive Temenos Transact (T24), TAP and related banking platform implementation, enhancement, integration, and modernization initiatives.

• Design and support solutions covering client onboarding, custody, trade processing, settlement, corporate actions, portfolio management, client reporting, and client servicing.

• Lead application upgrades, platform renewals, data migration, system integration, testing, implementation, and post-production support.

• Define and manage end-to-end application workflows, including order placement, execution, matching, trade booking, settlement, portfolio valuation, reporting, and client communications.

• Drive integration of banking applications with CRM, digital channels, reporting platforms, and downstream enterprise applications.

• Support API/interface integration, data flows, application dependencies, and cross-platform data synchronization.

• Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, implementation, production deployment, and go-live activities.

• Perform application impact analysis, issue investigation, root-cause analysis, and resolution of complex production issues.

• Drive continuous technology improvements, application enhancements, process automation, and operational efficiency.

• Manage application requirements and delivery across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, operations, vendors, and global delivery teams.

• Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, process flows, test scenarios, implementation plans, and technical/management reports.

• Ensure application changes comply with banking controls, risk management, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.

Technical / Functional Skills

• 17+ years of experience in banking application consulting, business analysis, application delivery, or technology transformation.

• Strong experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management technology.

• Hands-on functional knowledge of Temenos T24 / Transact and TAP.

• Strong understanding of custody operations, trade clearing and settlement, corporate actions, safekeeping, client onboarding, portfolio management, and client reporting.

• Experience with digital banking portals, CRM platforms, client servicing applications, and enterprise banking integrations.

• Knowledge of TCS BaNCS, Murex, Sophis, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Intellimatch, Datascope Select, SQL/SQL Server is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of application integration, data migration, system interfaces, testing, release management, and production support.

• Experience in Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, requirements management, UAT/SIT, and change management.

• Strong stakeholder management experience across business, technology, operations, front office, project, and global delivery teams.

• Experience delivering applications across Singapore, Hong Kong, UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and US banking markets is preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
