Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Developer to lead platform development, configuration, and automation across complex enterprise environments.

You will implement Flow Designer automations, build REST/SOAP integrations, contribute to CMDB and CSDM governance, and support ITIL-aligned operations with a focus on data integrity and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualificações

• Development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Advanced knowledge of the modules/technologies listed above.
• Experience in functional and technical platform support and maintenance.
• Knowledge of data architecture and ServiceNow table structure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.

• ServiceNow CSA certification preferred.
• Experience with Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Knowledge of Power BI.

• Experience with ITOM and observability.

Responsabilidades
