IFF is seeking a Regulatory Affairs professional to support compliance for Animal Nutrition products across Latin America. The role is based in Castelo Branco, SP, Brazil, in a hybrid arrangement and reports to the regulatory team leader.

Candidates should have a veterinary/related scientific degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with strong dossier submission and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Portuguese fluency required; Spanish/English a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, or related scientific field.
• 2–4 years of Regulatory Affairs experience; Latin America exposure preferred.
• Experience managing regulatory submissions and dossier work.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication and organization.

Responsabilidades

• Support regulatory compliance activities for Animal Nutrition products across Latin America.
• Prepare, update, and maintain regulatory documentation for registrations and renewals.
• Assist with preparation and submission of regulatory dossiers with authorities.
• Review ingredients, formulations, labels for regulatory compliance.
• Identify regulatory requirements for new launches and changes with senior staff.
• Monitor regulatory changes in assigned countries and communicate risks.

Where You'll Make a Difference

• Support regulatory compliance activities for Animal Nutrition products across Latin America, ensuring alignment with local regulations, internal standards, and customer requirements
• Prepare, maintain, and update regulatory documentation for product registration, renewal, and lifecycle management, under guidance from senior team members
• Assist with the preparation, submission, and follow‑up of regulatory dossiers with local health and regulatory authorities
• Conduct regulatory and safety reviews of ingredients, formulations, claims, and labels using established tools, processes, and internal guidance
• Support innovation projects and product launches by identifying regulatory requirements, risks, and documentation needs in collaboration with senior colleagues
• Monitor regulatory changes in assigned countries and escalation potential impacts or compliance risks to the broader regulatory team
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including regulatory statements, product information, and supporting scientific data
• Support regulatory project timelines and ensure accurate tracking of activities in regulatory systems and databases

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field (required); Master's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs with a Bachelor's Degree, or 1-3 years with a Master's Degree
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs within the Animal Nutrition industry, ideally within the Latin American region
• Foundational knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks, product registration processes, and compliance management
• Experience supporting regulatory submissions, product registrations, and regulatory change management activities
• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements with guidance from senior regulatory professionals
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple regulatory activities simultaneously and with attention to detail
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills across cross‑functional teams
• Fluency in Portuguese, with working knowledge of Spanish and English
