Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage on the Client Focus path within the Operations Practice Area in Brazil. You will join a growing global team delivering supply chain expertise and proprietary assets to client cases, workshops, and proposals.

You will contribute analyses, insights, and develop IP while mentoring juniors. You will collaborate with business leaders, support commercialization efforts, and may travel to client sites to understand requirements and craft

Qualificações

• 2+ years of consulting experience in operations/supply chain.
• In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years in industry; 4–6+ years preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; programming a plus.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage on our Client Focus path within BCG's Operations Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team, delivering value to clients via individual supply chain expertise and/or institutionalized BCG Vantage assets (products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific data and related expertise, etc.). You will contribute on cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights and help case teams create strong impact for the client. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, occasional travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.

You will support commercialization efforts for the Supply Chain working, in conjunction with business leaders, through contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops and marketing materials. Additionally, as a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage, you will contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise.

The candidate is expected to have knowledge in at least two or more of the following topics: Supply Chain Strategy and Operating Model Design, Supply Chain Organization Design, Supply Chain Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Portfolio Management, Inventory Optimization, Logistics (Warehousing & Transport), AI and Digital in Supply Chain, Sustainability in Operations. Manufacturing experience would also be an asset.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

• Solving client challenges by developing and applying relevant research methodologies and analytical approaches across the supply chain
• Knowledgeable in Operations processes related to supply chain strategy, value delivery, operating model and Digital/Gen AI
• Communicating with case team and clients team members, in a credible and confident way
• Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working
• Understanding, designing and deploying AI agents, skills and tools to improve impact and productivity
• Being flexible and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas
• Navigating complexity and ambiguity

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of consulting experience in relevant operations/supply chain required; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred
• In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor/Master degree from a reputed university with demonstrated academic achievements
• Proficiency with MS-Office Suite (especially Advanced Excel and Power Point). Additional programming skills are a plus.
• Good communication skills to manage senior stakeholders’ expectations
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; other languages would also be useful
