Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking an AMR Vendor Management Specialist in São Paulo, Brazil. You will run day-to-day vendor operations for BCG X in the AMR region, coordinating with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

You will manage end-to-end vendor logistics, from sourcing to deployment and spend tracking, while aligning with global vendor managers and FinOps for accurate invoicing and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in a PMO or ops role in a distributed team.
• Fluency in English with strong stakeholder communication.
• Willingness to come to the office in São Paulo at least 3 times a week.

• Support vendor logistics end-to-end: sourcing, contracting, onboarding, deployment, QA, and spend tracking.
• Manage regional stakeholders and collaborate with global vendor managers.
• Apply vendor policies and digital tools (SAP Fieldglass, AI tools) to protect clients and ensure accurate timesheets and invoices.
• Identify improvements to vendor management processes and collaborate across teams.

What You'll Do

We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to join as an AMR Vendor Management Specialist, located in São Paulo, Brazil.

Key Responsibilities Include

• You run day-to-day vendor operations for BCG X in the AMR region; for our consulting teams, our suppliers as well as contractors, you are a focal point of contact
• You support vendor logistics end-to-end, from sourcing, contracting & negotiating, onboarding to deployment, quality assurance and financial settlement, escalating early to senior colleagues when appropriate
• You manage your regional stakeholders, set clear expectations, and collaborate closely with vendor managers globally
• You apply BCG vendor policies, compliance practices and digital tools (including SAP Fieldglass and BCG-approved AI tools) to protect BCG and our clients, and help ensure accurate timesheets, invoices and spend tracking with the BCG X FinOps team
• You identify and propose improvements to our vendor management processes, and help integrate other teams across BCG

What You'll Bring

Must have

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience working in a PMO or operations role embedded into a geographically distributed team
• Verbal and written fluency in English combined with a strong record in professional stakeholder communication
• Strong skills in MS Office applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Willingness to come to the office in São Paulo at least 3 times a week

Nice to have

• Experience with professional Vendor Management Systems (SAP Fieldglass preferred)
• Experience in procurement or vendor management
