We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Senior Accounting Analyst. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department by performing various financial and administrative tasks. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Receivable:
   • Process and monitor incoming payments.
   • Prepare and send payment supplements.
   • Generate and send invoices to clients.
   • Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collections.
2. Accounts Payable:
   • Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments.
   • Reconcile statements and resolve any discrepancies.
   • Review invoices to ensure correctness of values and information.
3. Expense Management:
   • Ensure timely reimbursement to employees.
4. General Administrative Support:
   • Assist with credit studies and related forms.
   • Provide administrative assistance to the finance department as needed.
   • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role (mandatory).
• Completed studies in Accounting Science, Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a financial analyst or in an accounting role (mandatory).
• Familiarity with financial software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
